Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to run commercial roofing projects from award to closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to contract specifications.

You will manage end-to-end activities, coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, and owners, track costs, and build strong relationships with manufacturers and subcontractors while maintaining safety and quality standards. This is an in-person role based in Houston, requiring hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction or roofing projects.
• Working knowledge of blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• OSHA-10 hour certification.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and southeastern U.S. since 1972. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to run commercial roofing projects from award to closeout - keeping jobs on schedule, on budget, and to contract specifications.

What You Will Do

• Manage commercial roofing projects end-to-end: setup, submittals, scheduling, and closeout
• Coordinate materials, manpower, and field details with Superintendents and Foreman
• Track job costs, manage billing / pay requests, and identify change order opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, manufacturers, and subcontractors

What You Bring
