Role Snapshot
Picture this: It’s daybreak in Milford, Ohio. You’re walking the first jobsite, meeting foremen, confirming safety briefings, and setting the pace for multiple commercial roofing crews. By mid‑morning, you’re coordinating materials and equipment allocations, aligning with Project Managers and the General Manager on schedules and budgets, and checking quality against plans and manufacturer standards. In the afternoon, you’re mentoring a new crew leader, updating punch lists, and closing out a site walk with a GC. That’s a day in the life of our Commercial Roofing Field Operations Superintendent.
