Job summary

Holland Roofing Group seeks an experienced Commercial Roofing Production Superintendent to lead Milford, Ohio operations. This hands-on role requires directing multiple crews, enforcing safety, and ensuring quality on new construction and re-roofing projects.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, Estimators, and the General Manager, manage material flow and subcontractors, and mentor foremen in safety and technical standards. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in commercial roofing with 5+ years in a supervisory/superintendent role.
• Proven leadership of field crews on commercial roofing projects (new construction and re-roofing).
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and construction documents; travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial roofing crews, assign foremen, and set daily/weekly production goals.
• Lead safety, QA, job hazard analyses, and PPE compliance across jobsites.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Estimators, and GM on schedules, budgets, and field execution.

This role is designed for a proven field leader who can immediately oversee multiple commercial roofing crews.This is ahands-on superintendent role, not an office-only position.
