Job summary

Holland Roofing Group in Milford, OH seeks an experienced Commercial Roofing Production Superintendent to lead multiple crews on new construction and re-roofing projects. This hands-on role emphasizes field execution, crew leadership, safety, scheduling, and quality control.

You will mentor foremen, collaborate with project managers, and ensure adherence to plans, specs, and manufacturer requirements while maintaining OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial roofing crews on new construction and re-roofing projects.
• Set daily/weekly production goals and verify productivity and quality outcomes.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA standards across all jobsites.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and field execution with Project Managers and the General Manager.
• Mentor foremen and crew leaders on leadership, safety, and installation standards.
