Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator in Los Angeles to develop budgets, prepare bids, and conduct quantity takeoffs for re-roofing, maintenance, and asset management projects. You will support preconstruction efforts and work with a team on complex, high-profile roofing opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience, strong knowledge of roofing systems, and proficiency with Excel and estimating software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Experience with re-roofing, service, maintenance, and replacements.
• Ability to read plans and technical documents.
• Proficiency in labor, material pricing and project costing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for commercial roofing projects.
• Review plans, specs, and site conditions to price accurately.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and material calculations.
• Develop budgets for re-roofing, repairs, waterproofing, and restoration.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate scopes.
