Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects.
• Review project documents and calculate labor and material costs.
• Perform material and labor takeoffs and cost analyses.
• Solicit pricing from suppliers and subcontractors; build budgets.
• Develop competitive proposals and identify risks or value opportunities.
• Support handoffs to operations after bids are won.
