Job summary

Tecta America Seattle, a commercial roofing contractor, is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to support sales and project teams with cost estimates based on project specifications, and to oversee projects to meet budget, productivity, quality, and safety goals. The role reports to the President and requires strong communication with owners, contractors, and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of three years in construction, solid planning and budgeting skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in construction with emphasis on business processes.
• Strong planning, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with solid numerical and budgeting skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan and set objectives for projects and manage budgets.
• Estimate costs and submit proposals.
• Visit jobsites and communicate with stakeholders.
• Oversee field crews and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain vendor pricing and bid records.
• Ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance.
