GPAC (Growing People and Companies) seeks a Commercial Roofing Branch Manager to lead a Pittsburgh branch, driving revenue, safety, and service quality. The role focuses on strategic planning, relationship building with clients and vendors, and coaching a sales and production team to meet ambitious objectives.

The candidate will implement branch strategies, oversee operations, and regularly report KPI progress to the owner, ensuring timely execution and profitable growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Commercial Roofing/construction experience is required.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate in challenging situations.
• Strong skills in relationship building, presentation, and problem-solving.
• Professional written and verbal communication with clients and staff.
• Prepare and present monthly KPI to ensure goals are achieved.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic plan to maximize Branch revenue and output while upholding company values.
• Oversee operations to ensure safety, quality and cost-efficient resource use.
• Enforce standards, policies, and procedures across the branch.
• Review financial statements and adjust objectives as conditions change.
• Meet regularly with the owner to review branch performance.
• Interface with clients, negotiate contracts and drive business development.
