Simon Roofing is seeking a dependable Roofer (Commercial) to join our team in Nashville, TN. You will install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems alongside a professional crew, using standard roofing tools and materials.

Requirements include at least 2 years of commercial roofing experience, a valid driver's license, ability to travel 3–4 weeks at a time, and the willingness to work overtime. We offer year-round work, paid travel time, per diem, and benefits.

What You'll Do

Work with a professional crew installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems. You'll use roofing tools and equipment, handle materials, set up fall protection, and help complete jobs safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Hardworking, dependable, and safety-minded
• Minimum of 2 years Commercial roofingexperience
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Able to travel and stay out of town for 3-4 weeks at a time
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation practices

Physical Requirements

This is hands-on, physical work. You must be able to:

• Regularly lift and move 50-100 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 40 feet
• Bend, kneel, stand, and work for extended periods
• Work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions
• Load, unload, and move roofing materials and equipment
