Simon Roofing is seeking a dependable Roofer (Commercial) in Warren, Ohio, to join a professional crew installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial low-slope and industrial roofs. You’ll use roofing tools and equipment, handle materials, set up fall protection, and contribute to safe, efficient job completion.

We offer year-round work with travel and overtime, plus health and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) enrollment, paid time off, and advancement opportunities.

Formación

• Hardworking, dependable, and safety-minded.
• Minimum of 2 years Commercial roofing experience.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Able to travel and stay out of town for 3–4 weeks at a time.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation practices.
• Valid driver's license for company-driving positions.
• Able to pass required background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

What You'll Do

Work with a professional crew installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems. You'll use roofing tools and equipment, handle materials, set up fall protection, and help complete jobs safely and efficiently.

Physical Requirements

This is hands-on, physical work. You must be able to:

• Regularly lift and move 50–100 lbs


• Climb ladders up to 40 feet


• Bend, kneel, stand, and work for extended periods


• Work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions


• Load, unload, and move roofing materials and equipment
