Simon Roofing is seeking a Roofer (Commercial) to join our team in Charlotte, NC. You will work with a professional crew installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems, using roofing tools and equipment, handling materials, and setting up fall protection.

We offer year-round work with travel as needed, paid travel time, hotels and per diem, plus bonus opportunities for safety, performance, and referrals, along with benefits and advancement

Formación

• Must be hardworking, dependable and safety-minded.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Able to travel and stay out of town for 3–4 weeks at a time.
• Valid driver’s license for company driving positions.
• Able to pass required background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

What You'll Do

Work with a professional crew installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems. You'll use roofing tools and equipment, handle materials, set up fall protection, and help complete jobs safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Hardworking, dependable, and safety-minded
• Minimum of 2 years Commercial roofingexperience

Physical Requirements

This is hands-on, physical work. You must be able to:

• Regularly lift and move 50-100 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 40 feet
• Bend, kneel, stand, and work for extended periods
• Work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions
• Load, unload, and move roofing materials and equipment
