Job summary

Simon Roofing is seeking a Roofer (Commercial) to join our team and build a long-term career. You will install, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial roofing systems with a professional crew.

This is year-round work with travel and potential advancement into leadership roles. We offer $20-32 per hour based on experience, paid travel time, hotels, per diem, and a range of benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Hardworking, dependable, and safety-minded.
• Minimum of 2 years Commercial roofing experience.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Able to travel and stay out of town for 3-4 weeks at a time.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation practices.
• Valid driver's license for company-driving positions.
• Able to pass required background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

What You'll Do

Work with a professional crew installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems. You'll use roofing tools and equipment, handle materials, set up fall protection, and help complete jobs safely and efficiently.

Physical Requirements

This is hands-on, physical work. You must be able to:

• Regularly lift and move 50-100 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 40 feet
• Bend, kneel, stand, and work for extended periods
• Work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions
• Load, unload, and move roofing materials and equipment
