Job summary

Simon Roofing in Nashville is seeking a Roofing Foreman to lead commercial roofing crews on diverse projects with a focus on safety and quality. You will supervise crew performance, ensure adherence to job specifications, and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.

A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• 2+ years of leading a commercial roofing crew.
• Extensive knowledge of low sloped roofing systems.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Willing to work at varying heights and weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel when necessary.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach crews on roofing jobs while ensuring safety guidelines and job specifications.
• Restore, remove and replace various roof systems as needed.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers and crew members.
• Organize, plan, and achieve all goals based on the scope of work.
