Job summary

M&M Home Remodeling Services in Crete, IL is hiring Commercial Roofers and Foremen with experience in low-slope commercial roofing for year-round work. Starting pay is $25/hour and we offer health and dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance.

Work involves repair, maintenance, and installation on BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC roofing systems, handling tools, climbing, and lifting 50+ lbs outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing.
• Experience with low-slope roof systems.
• Ability to work at heights and follow safety guidelines.
• Comfortable working on active job sites and around customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial roof repair, maintenance, and installation.
• Work on BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope roof systems.
• Remove snow, water, and debris from roofs before roofing work.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment.
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Communicate with the Commercial Field Superintendent and team.

M&M Home Remodeling Services is hiring Commercial Roofers and Foremen with experience in low-slope commercial roofing.

What You'll Do

• Perform commercial roof repair, maintenance, and installation
• Work on BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope roof systems
• Remove snow, water, and debris from roofs before roofing work
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other roofing equipment
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate with the Commercial Field Superintendent and other team members
• Work professionally around customers and on active job sites
• Perform physical work including climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting 50+ lbs. regularly
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
