Job summary

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking a Commercial Roofer in Crete, IL for full-time, year-round work. Starting pay is $25/hour with steady projects across Chicagoland and surrounding areas.

You will perform repairs, maintenance, and installation on various roof systems and collaborate closely with the field team on active job sites. Candidates should have commercial roofing experience, ability to work at heights, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience required.
• Experience with low-slope roofing systems.
• Repair and maintenance of multiple roofing systems.
• Comfortable working at heights and following safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial roof repair, maintenance, and installation.
• Work on BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope roof systems.
• Remove snow, water, and debris from roofs before roofing work.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other roofing equipment.
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Communicate with the Commercial Field Superintendent and other team members.
• Work professionally around customers and on active job sites.
• Perform physical work including climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting 50+ lbs regularly.
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
