SERVPRO is expanding in the Virginia market and seeks a Commercial Sales Representative to drive revenue in the commercial restoration sector. You will build client relationships, educate clients on SERVPRO advantages, and expand our services to new commercial clients.

The role requires at least two years of B2B sales experience and proficiency with CRM software. Compensation includes base salary plus commissions, with a total target of $70,000–$85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Two years of B2B sales experience required.
• Experience in commercial property, cleaning, restoration, or insurance industries preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target commercial clients and educate them about SERVPRO advantages.
• Build and strengthen relationships with commercial properties and other potential clients; seek leads to grow revenue.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events and CE classes.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities using effective sales strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
