Applicants must pass a physical and a drug test. Arriving to work intoxicated or smelling of alcohol will result in immediate dismissal. Smoking on job sites is not permitted. Use of cell phones will be limited to job requirements during work hours. Personal calls must be limited to break periods.

Applicants should possess general construction skills, including wood and metal framing, finish carpentry, drywall installation and finishing, roofing, concrete forming and finishing, among others. Ability to safely and accurately operate power tools and equipment is required. Skills in operating construction excavation equipment are a plus. Pay is commensurate with experience and skill level. Personal hand tools are required. Successful hires will be expected to maintain a neat and clean appearance. Proper construction attire, including boots, gloves, safety glasses, and hard hats, is mandatory. Additional PPE will be provided as necessary. Unsafe acts will not be tolerated.

Work hours are Monday through Friday during daylight, with occasional Saturday work. Paid time off accumulates based on hours worked each month.
