Paving Laborer and Operator Helper (With CDL)

Scotty's Contracting and Stone, LLC is seeking applications for Paving Laborers. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety and seek a long-term career with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Level asphalt using a rake
• Use sledgehammer, pick, and shovel for various tasks
• Hook trailers and attach equipment
• Perform flagger duties and set up traffic control
• Smooth and shovel asphalt and other materials
• Maintain equipment and tools
• Assist team members and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must possess a CDL
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
• Comfortable working at heights
• Adherence to safety policies
• Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
