Job summary

First Financial Bank in Indianapolis is seeking an Associate Commercial Relationship Manager to support the Commercial Banking team and help generate meaningful incremental deal flow. You will build robust financial models, prepare loan narratives and memos, and contribute to portfolio reviews as part of a collaborative, client-focused team.

You will work with Senior RMs to develop relationships with clients and referral sources, attend meetings, and help maintain the current client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of commercial banking experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven relationship-building ability.
• Polished, articulate with high integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior RMs in developing client relationships to generate loans, deposits and fees.
• Build and maintain CRM database of prospects and referrals.
• Develop relationships with current clients and sources.
• Create initial financial models and recommend capital structures.
• Prepare loan narratives and opportunity memos; present portfolio reviews.
• Support in pitch decks and term sheet preparation.
