Job summary

Rogue Credit Union is seeking a Business Relationship Manager I, II or Senior in Medford, OR to cultivate new and deepen existing member relationships. You will lead outside business development and coordinate with credit analysts to structure loans for small to mid-size businesses, while maintaining compliant documentation and strong member service.

The BRM role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a BS/BA, excellent communication, and solid analytical skills.

Qualifications

Experience 1–3 years in similar roles.
College degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Financial statement analysis and critical thinking are essential.
Proficient with loan systems, spreadsheets and office software.

Responsibilities

Develops primary member and prospect lists within territory for marketing services.
Interviews members to assess business needs and product fit.
Collaborates with credit analysts to assess capacity and structure.
Manages assigned loan portfolio with ongoing monitoring.
Ensures compliance and thorough documentation.
Provides excellent member service and supports the Business Services team.
Performs other duties as needed.
