Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our HVAC service team. The role pays $40–$60 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and shift premiums up to 15% for applicable hours.

The position offers paid training, ongoing education, and year-round commercial work. Applicants should have EPA certification and a minimum of 5 years of commercial refrigeration experience, including supermarket or convenience-store environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA certification required.
• 5+ years of commercial refrigeration experience.
• Supermarket or convenience-store refrigeration experience preferred.
• Experience with single systems, rack systems, display cases, and walk-in boxes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Service compressors, pumps, air handlers, condensers, ice machines, furnaces, motors, and controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems.
• Complete installations, startups, minor construction, and remodeling projects.
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and provide emergency/on-call support.
