Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician for a growing HVAC and refrigeration service organization in Fort Worth, TX.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and handle installations and startup projects. We offer a competitive hourly range of $40–$60+, sign-on bonus up to $5,000, shift premiums up to 15%, plus paid training and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• EPA certification required
• 5+ years of commercial refrigeration experience
• Supermarket or convenience-store refrigeration experience preferred
• Experience with single systems, rack systems, display cases, and walk‑in boxes
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
• Service compressors, pumps, air handlers, condensers, ice machines, furnaces, motors, and controls
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems
• Complete installations, startups, minor construction, and remodeling projects
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• Safely operate a company vehicle and provide emergency/on-call support
