Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is recruiting for a Senior Commercial Refrigeration Technician for a growing HVAC and refrigeration service organization.

The role will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems for supermarkets, convenience stores, and other sites. You will lead and support field technicians, perform preventive maintenance, startups, installations, and remodeling projects, and participate in on-call service as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex refrigeration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot compressors, rack systems, condensers, ice machines, motors, controls, furnaces, and related equipment
• Service supermarket, convenience-store, and other commercial refrigeration systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, startups, installations, and remodeling projects
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues
• Complete accurate service documentation and customer reports
• Provide technical leadership and support to less-experienced technicians
• Participate in emergency/on-call service as needed
