Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to service and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems across its stores, in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualified candidates have 2 years of commercial Refrigeration HVAC experience, EPA refrigerant handling certification, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR. Compensation includes a $2000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling (Type I/II or Universal).
• Hold a valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Utilize work orders to receive repairs and document activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training and follow OSHA/EPA guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights frequently.
