• Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, complete assignments in commercial real estate valuation and consulting.
• Data collection and market research, analyze highest and best use scenarios, and evaluate cash flows.
• Analyze sales comps, cost analyses, and develop opinions of value.
