Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Branch Real Estate Transaction Manager to oversee end-to-end real estate transactions across designated portfolios. You will coordinate with legal, finance, and business partners to ensure compliant, timely execution of leases, renewals, terminations, and related activities.

The role requires 5-7 years of commercial real estate experience, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Collision with Tempe, AZ and St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years-commercial real estate experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Strong knowledge of corporate real estate transaction management and related functions (finance, accounting, construction, project management, lease administration, operations, IS).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end real estate transactions, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
• Advise field partners using commercial real estate expertise and sound independent judgment.
• Negotiate and execute transactions (new leases, renewals, terminations), including drafting and finalizing lease agreements.
• Analyze financial, operational, and market data; deliver insights and recommendations to inform decisions.
• Partner with Branch Real Estate and field leadership to align transaction activity with strategic business goals.
• Communicate complex information clearly to leadership to support decision-making.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with firm policies and standards.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive execution.
