Qualifications

• Industry certification or membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end real estate transactions, primary contact and ensure clear communication.
• Advise field partners using commercial real estate expertise and sound independent judgment.
• Negotiate and execute leases, renewals, terminations, drafting lease agreements.
• Analyze financial, operational, and market data; deliver insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Branch Real Estate and field leadership to align activity with goals.
• Communicate complex information clearly to leadership for decisions.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery while complying with firm policies and standards.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
