Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Branch Real Estate Construction Specialist to lead construction projects across the branch network, including new buildouts, relocations, renovations, and other real estate initiatives.

The role partners with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while driving continuous improvement and portfolio optimization. A strong background in construction, real estate, and project management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in construction management, corporate real estate, facilities management, project management, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple construction projects and vendor relationships simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction, project delivery, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects including branch buildouts, relocations, renovations, and special initiatives.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to support branch growth and real estate objectives.
• Manage vendor and service provider relationships to ensure quality, budget, and schedule expectations are met.
• Monitor project performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and present insights to support decision-making.
• Support the development and implementation of construction strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver successful real estate and construction projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on construction-related matters and portfolio initiatives.
