Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Branch Real Estate Construction Specialist to lead construction projects for its branch network and real estate initiatives. The role partners with internal leaders, vendors, and service providers to complete projects on time and within budget.

Located in the Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO regions, the role supports growth through strategic planning, portfolio optimization, and best-practice implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in construction management, corporate real estate, facilities management, project management, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple construction projects and vendor relationships simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction, project delivery, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects including branch buildouts, relocations, renovations, and special initiatives.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to support branch growth and real estate objectives.
• Manage vendor and service provider relationships to ensure quality, budget, and schedule expectations are met.
• Monitor project performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and present insights to support decision-making.
• Support the development and implementation of construction strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver successful real estate and construction projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on construction-related matters and portfolio initiatives.
