Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial real estate leasing, transaction management, portfolio management, or related experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in lease negotiations, site selection, market analysis, and complex real estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of real estate financial analysis, contract negotiation, and portfolio strategy.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives across large, complex organizations.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
