Job summary

Edward Jones in St. Louis seeks a Branch Real Estate Consultant to analyze and respond to branch real estate requests and support real estate initiatives. You will partner with Advisors, Market Leaders, and home office teams to drive outcomes.

Key responsibilities include handling complex issues, documenting problems, communicating policies and P&L impacts, and guiding junior staff. A BA degree and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent related work experience).
Organizational and project management skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Must balance Compliance, Legal and Associate Relations decisions.
Understand Edward Jones FA performance expectations and related policies.

Responsibilities

Analyze and respond to complex incoming real estate requests from Advisors, Regional Leaders, Market Leaders and home office teams.
Partner with Market Leaders, Regional Leaders, and Branch Teams to advance real estate initiatives.
Assist and guide junior staff on complex issues and provide indirect supervision.
Document real estate issues and identify opportunities; implement solutions with cross‑firm teams.
Explain real estate policies, tradeoffs, and P&L impacts to stakeholders.
Oversee workflow reviews to ensure accuracy and client service excellence.
Identify efficiency opportunities and lead department initiatives.
Represent the department and collaborate with multiple business areas.
