Job summary

Greenspoon Marder seeks a Real Estate Paralegal for our Brickell office in Miami. The role supports the Real Estate practice with document prep, title review, closings, and post-closing tasks, requiring strong organization and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Commercial Real Estate, residential/lease familiarity, and bilingual English/Spanish. The position offers competitive benefits and room to contribute to a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience with Commercial Real Estate and proficiency in Residential Real Estate Transactions.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• General knowledge about lease negotiations, financing options, lending requirements and documents, required.
• Routinely take continuing education courses related to the practice area.
• Familiarity with FinCEN, KYC and 1031 Exchange, and how they are relevant to real estate transactions.
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish; professional-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both languages.

Responsibilities

• Track all billable and non-billable time in 3E.
• Prepare and review title reports, lien letters, surveys, and closing documents.
• Attend and conduct closings; monitor deadlines for closing and due diligence.
• Prepare signature pages and closing checklists; coordinate closing statements (RESPA/ALTA).
• Assist attorneys in commercial real estate matters; maintain organized files for transactions.
• Handle post-closing disbursement and delivery of loan packages.
