A National Real Estate firm is seeking a candidate with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions and litigation support, ideally with prior experience in a real estate or property management setting.

The position is 100% in-office and based in Miami.

Position: In-House Real Estate Paralegal

Job Duties:

1. Prepare and review legal documents for commercial real estate transactions (leases, sales, financing).
2. Coordinate title work with title companies and legal counsel from pre- to post-closing.
3. Oversee due diligence for acquisitions, sales, and commercial loans.
4. Form legal entities and maintain file organization for transactions.
5. Draft summaries of key real estate terms and support attorneys with drafting leases/contracts.
6. Coordinate discovery with outside counsel and manage litigation calendars.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years' paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house (real estate/property management preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; writing sample required upon request.

Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Paralegal certification or real estate/property management credentials.
• Experience in claims or contract administration.
