Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and selling services.
• Provide clients with leasing availability, market conditions, and property values.
• Accompany clients to property sites to discuss features, rates, and terms.
• Assemble property data such as tenant surveys, maps, and summaries.
• Prepare RFPs and review responses; create market comparison reports.
• Gather materials for transactions and prepare offers and lease amendments.
• Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts and participate in negotiations.
