Job summary

CBRE is seeking a SPQREA-Associate to develop business, market commercial real estate properties, and negotiate leases, purchases, or sales for clients. You will engage in prospecting, networking, and helping clients assess market conditions and property values.

The role is commission-based with a benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, life, and vision insurance. A Bachelor's degree and up to 3 years of relevant experience are preferred, with strong MS Office and math skills desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and market commercial real estate properties for clients.
• Negotiate leasing terms, purchases, or sales of assets on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate materials for transactions including listing agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
• Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts and participate in negotiations and due diligence.
• Provide clients with information on leasing availability and market conditions.
