Job summary

Jobot partners with a Delaware real estate and business law firm to recruit an experienced Real Estate Attorney. You will handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases and financings, with focus on title work, entity formation and legal opinions, while coordinating with clients and colleagues.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of real estate experience and a bar license (DE preferred or willingness to take the DE exam).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate law experience.
• DE bar license in good standing or willing to take DE bar exam.
• Ability to work onsite in Wilmington, DE.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, leases and financings.
• Perform title work, entity formation and prepare legal opinions.
• Draft and negotiate transactional documents and conduct legal research.
• Interact with clients, counsel, business associates and public officials daily.
