Qualifications

• 1-3 years of commercial and residential real estate experience handling closings from start to finish.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with deeds, leases, service agreements, LLCs, corporate resolutions and covenants.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the state bar.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all phases of commercial and real estate closing transactions.
• Draft, review, and analyze real estate instruments including deeds and leases.
• Facilitate and process lease agreements, tenant amendments, and related modifications.
• Prepare and maintain corporate documentation including LLC formations and resolutions.
• Evaluate regulatory documents to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
