Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of legal experience to join a growing commercial real estate transactional practice in Delaware. Prior CRE experience not required, but regional ties are a plus. Attorneys must be willing to take the Delaware bar after joining the firm.

The role involves assisting with acquisitions, leasing, financing, drafting contracts, and supporting lending transactions, with emphasis on due diligence and title work.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a background in transactional law, although prior commercial real estate experience is not required. Attorneys with regional ties and those seeking to expand their expertise in commercial real estate law are encouraged to apply.
