Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the New York Bar, or eligible to obtain admission.
• Experience in commercial real estate law including transactional work on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, development, or leasing.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents (P&S agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documentation, and other CRE contracts).
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, due diligence, deal structuring, and related legal considerations.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials.

• Relevant experience in commercial real estate law, including transactional work involving acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, real estate finance, development, or leasing.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documentation, and other commercial real estate contracts.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, due diligence, deal structuring, and the legal and commercial considerations involved in complex property investments.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
