Job summary

Simpson Judge USA is seeking a Real Estate Associate in New York to join its premier Real Estate practice. The role involves handling sophisticated commercial real estate financing and leasing transactions for institutional clients.

You will draft and negotiate loan agreements, mortgages, guarantees, leases, and related documents, while advising lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, and developers from negotiation through closing. NY Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial real estate experience at a leading law firm.
• Strong experience with commercial real estate financing and leasing transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated transactional documents.
• Strong academic credentials and admission to the New York Bar.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
