• 3-5 years of pure commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience at an Am Law 100 or Vault 100 firm strongly preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions independently.

Responsabilités

• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related transaction documents.
• Review title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and due diligence materials.
• Manage transactions from contract through closing.
• Work directly with clients, lenders, brokers, and title companies.
• Collaborate with partners on complex, high-value matters.

Salary: $165,000 - $200,000 per year
