Jobot is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney for its Charlotte or Raleigh offices. You will handle sophisticated CRE transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development, with direct partner access and client-facing responsibilities from day one.

This on-site, permanent role offers $165,000 to $200,000 per year and requires JD and NC bar eligibility, with a focus on building a long-term CRE practice in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• JD and active North Carolina bar license (or eligibility for admission).
• 3–5 years of pure commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience at an Am Law 100 or Vault 100 firm strongly preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions independently.

Responsabilités

• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related transaction documents.
• Review title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and due diligence materials.
• Manage transactions from contract through closing.
• Work directly with clients, lenders, brokers, and title companies.
• Collaborate with partners on complex, high-value matters.
