Qualifications

• College degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Real Estate broker license (or willingness to attain).
• Client service oriented mindset.
• Experience working in a team-based setting.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively present information to colleagues and clients.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Engage in business development and prospecting activities to secure new meetings.
• Coordinate and accompany clients to property sites for tours and discussions.
• Compile property data for listing or tenant representation assignments.
• Collaborate with Marketing on building marketing materials.
• Provide tenants and landlords with leasing information and market conditions.
• Develop and synthesize RFPs and market reports.
• Assist with presentations for current clients and new business pitches.
• Grow knowledge of local market, tenants, landlords, properties, and trends.
• Participate in industry events, open houses and client functions.
• Update CRM to track prospects, clients and deals.
