Job summary

Avison Young in Orlando, FL is seeking an intelligent, assertive professional with two to three years of industrial leasing experience to join our team. The role focuses on developing client relationships, managing proposals, and supporting lease negotiations from our Orlando office.

A undergraduate business degree is preferred and a Florida real estate license is required. This on-site position offers a collaborative environment with strong growth opportunities and a culture that values

• Proven track record of leadership, drive, and success with 2 to 3 years' experience in industrial leasing.

Responsibilities

• Develop New Client Relationships: Email campaigns, Social Media, Cold Calling, Community involvement, Attend Real Estate industry conferences, Managing database of contacts and real estate data.
• Client’s Management: Survey markets for availabilities, Using online databases, Calling local listing brokers, Prepare and review proposals, Participate in lease/sale negotiations, Create marketing materials, Manage marketing process, Track responses and follow-up with interested parties.
• Develop Landlord Relationships
