Job summary

DWNTWN Realty Advisors in Miami is expanding its brokerage team. You'll prospect owners, build relationships, and market investment sales and leases, with a target of 100+ calls per day.

You'll receive mentorship from Managing Partners, a structured training program, and access to DWNTWN's proprietary software and 250,000+ contacts, enabling immediate exposure to live deals.

What you'll do

• Proactively prospect commercial property owners across Miami, with a commitment to 100+ calls per day

• Become an expert in the Miami market: comps, ownership, zoning, development pipeline and trends
