The practice runs the full transactional side (acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, and real estate finance) for institutional owners, developers, and lenders across South Florida and nationally.

What the work looks like

• Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents
• Running due diligence and closings, including title and survey review
• Development and joint venture work alongside partners who hand off real responsibility early
