Key Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate ledgers; prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Month/Year-End Close: Oversee closing processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Accounting Operations: Manage daily AP/AR and lease administration.
• Lease Duties: Ensure accurate lease entry, billing, and cash receipts.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, maintain controls.
• Cash Management: Forecast cash flow, create budgets, perform variance analysis.
• Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Interpret data, assist in budgeting and projections.
• Audit & Compliance: Support audits; ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Internal Controls: Establish controls to protect assets and ensure compliance.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage accounting staff.
• Systems Management: Optimize use of Yardi and M3.
• Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile internal records with bank statements.
