Role Description

The Commercial Real Estate Advisor is a full-time role based in Wichita, KS. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying commercial real estate opportunities, conducting property tours, and preparing market analyses, property valuations, and investment summaries. Advisors will negotiate lease and sales transactions, draft and review offers, and coordinate due diligence activities with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
