Job summary

GEICO is hiring for a quality assurance analyst focused on commercial auto lines. Under limited supervision, you will develop QA criteria with stakeholders and monitor QA reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

You will conduct complex analyses of processes and controls, support regulatory reviews, and collaborate in a team environment to identify effective resolutions and improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial auto casualty OR cargo OR hazmat claims experience.
• Previous claim handling experience acceptable if now in an analyst role.
• Exposure across multiple claim types preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops quality assurance criteria in conjunction with stakeholders to support claims process.
• Reviews and monitors quality assurance reviews across all commercial auto lines to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Conducts complex analyses of processes, documentation, and controls; supports state requested regulatory quality reviews; works to identify and support effective resolutions.
