Job summary

WMFHA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio, including tenant relations, asset integrity, financial performance, and lease administration. The role emphasizes coordinating with the URG team to meet service and financial goals across properties in the Bellevue area.

You will manage tenant engagement, oversee leasing activity, vendor contracts, and building improvements while ensuring safety, inspections, and compliance with client requirements and insurance

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of full-time experience managing commercial properties.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Associates degree in Business Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of operational and financial goals and collaborate with URG team to meet metrics.
• Promote tenant engagement through events and initiatives.
• Assist with tenancy, show-ready spaces, move-in/move-out and lease obligations.
• Manage vendor relationships to meet service expectations and budgets.
• Review service contracts for ongoing building services and projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering on fire/life safety programs and trainings.
• Execute Building Improvement projects with bidding, contracting and budgeting.
• Conduct regular property inspections and budget for future needs.
• Maintain insurance certificates and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Ensure security and safety of all occupants and participate in emergency procedures.
• Review lease documents before accounting entry and track changes.
• Maintain rent rolls and stacking plans monthly.
